Tutorial Program
The goal of Athletic Academic Center's Tutorial Program is to provide comprehensive tutorial support services for Charlotte student-athletes. The program is regulated in compliance with NCAA rules as well as regulations stated by University of North Carolina Charlotte and the Atlantic10. Athletic Academic Center tutors are qualified individuals who are well-trained in the areas they tutor. All tutors/study partners must have completed the entire application and training process with the Athletic Academic Center before they will be permitted to tutor student-athletes. Tutors are thoroughly trained in all rules and regulations and are active in helping to ensure academic integrity and ethical behavior. Group and individual tutorial sessions are offered on an appointment basis. A computer lab equipped with printers are available for usage by all student-athletes. Student-athletes will only receive study hall credit for working with tutors that have completed the entire application and training process with the Athletic Academic Center prior to their tutoring.
**AAC TUTOR REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF THE APPOINTMENT**
*Requests for Sunday night or Monday appointments before 5:00 pm must be submitted by 12:00 pm on the preceding Friday!*
