| April 2008 | The Spring Blood Drive saw 54 people and collected 37 units for the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas |
| April 2008 | The annual Spring Shoe Drive collected over 100 pairs of shoes that were delivered to the Crisis Assistance Ministries of Charlotte. |
| December 2007 | More than 1200 toys were collected by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committees at Charlotte and Davidson for the annual Toys for Tots campaign. |
| October 2007 | During the month of October 49er student-athletes volunteered 538 hours in the community through efforts such as the Fall Stroll for Epilepsy, RuBiRu and Let Us Play: promoting athletics for girls. |

| September 2007 | During the month of September 49er student-athletes volunteered 222 hours in the community through efforts such as soccer and softball clinics, the 9/11 Memorial Blood Drive, the Martin Middle School backpack day. |
| September 2007 | Charlotte Soccer teams participate in Youth Soccer Month by hosting youth clinics |
| September 2007 | Ian Andersen, Morris LeBlanc, Jelaine Sellers and Ashley Wiley along with seven other 49er student-athletes spoke to students at James Martin Middle School about the importance of education and then helped Norm the Niner distribute backpacks to the students in an conjunction effort with Communities in Schools. |
| September 2007 | The 6th Annual 9/11 Memorial Blood Drive sponsored by 49er student-athletes was a success with 121 units collected. 22 student-athletes donated and many more volunteered at the drive or recruited donors. |
