Carl Wilkens and the World Outside My Shoes Speaking Tour

Carl was the only American who voluntarily stayed in Rwanda during the infamous and tragic genocide of 1994. He saved many lives and is a true hero. He'll speak of these experiences and how it relates to genocides around the world today.
