VI.              Reports from Teams – Nothing Reported

VII.           Evaluation of Support Services

v     Training Room

o       Track concern about the number of trainers assigned to track – 1 for 108 athletes is not a good ratio – often have to split weekends and one group doesn’t have a trainer with them

o       Seems to be along wait for doctors on Monday night.  Doctor is often late (understandably).  Maybe just push back the time of the appointments so the s/a don’t have to wait so long.  Seems like an assembly line.  Can we add an additional night for him?

o       Problem with International Insurance –

v     AAC

o       Long wait for computers at peak times.

o       Noise level too high when full time staff isn’t around.

o       Figure out a way to block face book from these computers

o       Advisors are accessible and available.

v     Strength and Conditioning

o       Is there a way to get card swipe access to building for athletes (No is the answer due to liability).

o       Is there a way to get some towels in there for athletes to use for themselves and to wipe down the equipment after the workout?

o       Last year had Gatorade shakes – this year don’t have any??? (I think this was baseball but I’m not sure).

o       Athletes expressed a concern for having workouts earlier then when the building opens and they often have to wait to get into the building – which it is cold and sometimes dark which is an issue in regards to safety.

o       Staff is awesome!

v     Facility Development –

o       Judy Rose has obtained a gift to begin the development of an outdoor tennis facility.
